Shipping & Returns

Camille's Closet carefully prepares, packages and ships each order from Georgia. We attempt to ship your order as soon as it is received. There may be a delay with larger orders. In the case that there is a significant delay, a member from the team will contact you.

Turnaround time is typically 5-7 business days. During trade show season, shipping times may very. (Shipping cost up to 10% of order).

Most orders ship by way of USPS or FedEx. Shipping costs are based on the weight and final destination. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us before placing your order for expedited shipping options.

We do not ship on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Occasionally, items are out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you via email and phone, and we can either replace that item with an in-stock item or refund the difference to your credit card.

Pre-Orders, and Made-to-Order items or Custom Bundles may take 1-4 weeks of production time or more before shipping; please refer to the product listing for an estimated shipping date or contact info@camillescloset.com for details.

At this time, Camille's Closet does not offer international shipping.

Please note: Choosing an express shipping method does not change our production or processing time for orders, but will speed up the transit time once the package has shipped.
