FAQ

  • How does pre-order work?
    Any products that are set to pre-order will have a button indicating so when ordering. If the expected ship time may adjust, you will be notified by email.
  • What is delivery and shipping turnaround?
    Turnaround time is typically 5-7 business days unless marked as pre-order. During trade show season, shipping times may very. Most items are shipped from Atlanta, GA via UPS, unless otherwise specified. (Shipping cost up to 10% of order).
  • Changes and Cancellations
    Most orders are printed or produced for each customer. Therefore, some orders are considered a "custom" order and can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order via phone, email, or online. Priority orders cannot be changed or canceled.
  • What are payment terms?
    All orders are credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Orders are charged at time of order.
  • Order Return Policy
    Orders considered "custom" order and produced specifically for each customer do not offer returns. In the event of defective stock or a shipping error, we must be notified within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued to the customers account.
  • What about back orders?
    Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified that these items will ship separately and once the item is back in stock it will ship out immediately unless stated otherwise.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
